In a world where service seems to be a lost art, Dave is certainly the exception to the rule. I needed him to do a rebuild of my deck with composite materials. He returned my initial call promptly. He then came right out to evaluate the job and provided great detail and recommendations while there. He quoted the job fairly and showed up right on time. Dave took great care in his work and did an impeccable job. As a final note, he is also just a really nice person. It was a pleasure to have him around.

Best handyman/ repairman I have ever used!

I needed someone quickly to put up curtain rods and attach metal curtain tie backs as well as repair hooks that were not secure. I was preparing for my daughter's engagement party with a large crowd expected. Dave Donnelly was recommended by a friend who had worked along side him when they did some building for Habitat for Humanity. 
Dave made time for me, came on time and did the work perfectly. Everything was as clean when he left as it was when he started. His fee was reasonable and exactly as he had estimated. He also immediately sent me a detailed receipt by email right away. I consider him my "go to guy" now! I highly recommend him and I know I will use his services again.

Prompt and quickly fixed my leak!

I had a shower leak through my bathroom floor into the living room below. I called Dave and he was able to come and fix the problem within the hour. He fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would certainly call him again and recommend his services to friends.
